As we promised earlier, now we give you information about the dates and the schedule of the bungalow reservation for IMM2012 Hungary.

NOTICE!
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY THE FOLLOWING DETAILS!

The bungalow reservation starts at 18.00 o clock on Monday evening, the 1st. of August 2011.

The proforma needs to be paid within 10 days after the reservation. If the ammount will not arrive to our account within the specified date, your reservation will be canaceled, and the bungalow is available again to reservation.

Card payments are not available due to temporary administrative problems. Please pay the required ammount by your Paypal account, or by wire transfer!

PLEASE, SEE THE SHORT PREVIEW OF THE RESERVATION PROCESS:

One person can reserve one bungalow or room, and he/she has to click on the ``Accomodation`` link on the mainpage of the website. On the opening page, the reserving person has to give his e-mail address (the same addres which had been given during the registration for IMM2012), and the full 13 digit registration
number which can be found on the voucher sent out after the payment received. The system automaticly verifies the provided identification data, and if it is correct, redirects automatically to a page where it is possible to select the required bungalow, or hotel room. If the bungallow had been selected, a page opens with the basic details of the bungalow or hotel, and the ``Reservation`` button.  The registration is made according to the selected zone at the time of the registration. If you registered yourself to another zone, than you can not stay in a house which is in an other zone! The necessary fields have to be filled up, and after click on the next button, the Payment option page opens. From now on, it is the same as by the registartion for IMM2012 Hungary.
